About Us
MACM Insurance Services, Inc., was created in 1997 by Medical Assurance Company of Mississippi (MACM) to offer additional lines of insurance to the healthcare industry. Hospitals were the primary focus at the time, since 80 percent of the claims against MACM insured physicians originated in the hospital setting. As a result, we began to offer Hospital Professional Liability (HPL) insurance to Mississippi hospitals with a joint risk management initiative designed to minimize risk.

Kevin Fuller
Managing Agent
Kevin is available to assist with your insurance needs. He graduated from Mississippi State University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Insurance and Risk Management. He joined MACM in 1997 and is responsible for the underwriting, marketing and business development efforts of the Company, as well as all daily operations of MACM Insurance Services, Inc.. Kevin holds his Mississippi resident and surplus lines licenses and has completed numerous continuing education courses.
Wendy Biggs
Account Manager
Wendy is a native Mississippian who graduated from the University of Memphis and returned to Mississippi to work in the medical device field prior to entering the insurance industry. She most recently worked for a local insurance brokerage before joining MACM Insurance Services, Inc. in 2022. Wendy is responsible for day-to-day activities of the agency including renewals, quote generation, product explanations, and customer service calls.
She holds her Mississippi Insurance Producer license for property and casualty and has participated in several continuing education courses.
